SOLUTIONS
- make sure that the fixture is connected to power supply
- check the valve power connections (fig. 9 and fig. 2, B)
- check the programming
- check if the programmed time is correct (see "9.1 Setting the time")
- make sure network pressure is at least 2 bar
- make sure the unloading pipe isn't blocked and doesn't have too narrow
elbows flattening the pipe (fig. 4, A)
- clean the injector (fig. 8, B) (see "13.2 Maintenance for the installer")
- make sure the valve ins't sucking air where there are the quick
connections (fig. 8, D)
- check the salt settings in the programming (fig. 6, D)
(see "9.2 Measuring out salt for regeneration")
- make sure the unloading pipe is not blocked and does not have too
narrow elbows flattening the pipe (fig. 4, A)
- make sure the valve is not sucking air where there are the quick
connections (fig. 8, D)
- clean the injector (fig. 8, B) (see "13.2 Maintenance for the installer")
- make sure the working pressure is at least 2 bar
- check the value of salt in the programming
(see "9.2 Measuring out salt for regeneration") (fig. 6, D)
- check the valve regeneration frequency
(see "9.3 Regeneration frequency") (fig. 6, E)
- check the power supply (fig. 2, B) and the valve settings
(see "9 Setting the timer")
- check the presence of salt in the brine (fig. 7)
- open the front lid of the valve and check the correct screwing
of the mixer screw (fig. 8, E)
Press a button. If the error signal doesn't disappear, the control
should be replaced
If the cam shaft is rotating, wait until it reaches the "service position",
and the error signal will disappear. If the error signal does not disappear
and the cam shaft keeps rotating, check that the optical sensor is not
out of its seat (fig. 9, C). If the cam shaft is not rotating, check that the
connecting cables between the engine and the control are not damaged
(fig. 9, A, B).
