TROUBLE-SHOOTING

PROBLEM
The indicators of the espresso coffee and tea
extraction buttons are flashing and the coffee extraction
button remains on but steady.
The coffee extraction button indicator is flash-
ing, and the espresso and tea extraction button
switches remain on but steady.
The espresso, coffee and tea extraction button
indicators flash.
No indication.
A slight hiss can be heard after the coffee has been
extracted.
Two capsules were placed in the capsule insertion
hole

The water level in the tanks has fallen to below the minimum amount. Remove the
water tank and fill with water.
Collection tray empty reminder that drip tray is not located in its position.
After the 10th cycle has been carried out, the machine is disabled from making any
more coffee and it indicates that the user must empty the capsule collection tray.
Remove the drip tray along with the machine capsule collection tray, empty it and
place them back in their position.
Blockage reminder.
Turn off from the mains, wait a moment, turn on at the mains again and turn on the
general on/ off button. The machine will operate normally.
If it does not work, it must be sent to a service centre for repair.
Check that the plug has been inserted correctly into the socket, and the main switch
has been turned on.
This is not a fault, but the adjustment of the pressure control valve.
Manually push the last capsule inserted until the first one falls into the capsule
collection tray. The last capsule inserted will occupy the correct place for the new
beverage extraction
