Close the top cooking plate and apply pressure on the thumb press and lifting handle.
•
Press the handle down quickly and gently for 2 to 3 seconds.
Note: After pressing, open the plate immediately.
Note: You may open and close the top cooking plate again to acquire the desired size of roti.

Rotate the roti dough about ½ of a circle and close.
•
Open the top plate; wait for 15 – 20 seconds, the roti will be ready to be flipped when you see
bubbles form the top side.
•
When the roti starts to get puffy, gently close the cooking plate without pressing so roti can finish
cooking and inflating.
•
Open the top plate, the roti will be ready.
•
Turn the temperature control dial to OFF.
•
Allow to cool completely before handling.
