Please read these instructions carefully. The instructions are an integral component of
the product. Therefore, please store them and the packaging carefully in case questions
arise in the future. Please always include these instructions when giving the product to
a third party. This product must be assembled by an adult. This product is not designed
for industrial use. The use of the product requires certain capabilities and skills. Always
adjust according to the age of the user and use for the purpose it has been designed for.

1) Attach the mudguards to the mountings first and afterwards both to the frame of
the go-kart. (see Fig. 1)
2) Mount the seat in the desired sitting position using the provided screws. (see Fig. 2)
3) Please now insert the handlebar from the bottom up into the provided guide tube.
(see Fig. 3)
4) Now slide the external handlebar tube from the top onto the handlebar and fix it with
the lower guide tube by inserting the pin D. Please make sure that the handlebar is
placed correctly in the cross connection of the front wheels. (see Fig. 4)
5) Mounting of the anterior crash protection. (see Fig. 5)
6) Attachment of the plastic cladding of the handlebar (see Fig. 6)
7) Pull the tread from the outside onto the wheels. Please note that the treads for the
rear wheels have a larger diameter then the ones for the front wheels (see Fig. 7)
8) Application of the stickers (see Fig. 8)
After assembling all parts make sure that all screw connections are properly fastened
before giving the go-kart in the hands of your child.
Also check all connections prior to every use of the go-kart. For your own safety
replace defective parts immediately. We recommend to use original spare parts for the
replacement or to seek advice of an expert. Subject to technical modifications.
The go-kart disposes of a freewheel function. Put the
lever in position b to use the freewheel function. During
standard operation put the lever in position a.
sAfETY INsTruCTIONs
The go-kart should only be used in the presence of adults. Please only use the go-kart
on appropriate playground areas. The go-kart is not compliant with the traffic regulations
and hence must not be used on the streets or in darkness.
When using the go-kart according to its purpose, hazards during use can be largely
excluded. But please be aware that the natural play necessity and temperament of
children can lead to unpredictable situations and risks, which the manufacturer cannot
be held liable for. Therefore, please instruct your children about the correct use of the
go-kart and warn them about possible risks.
children have to wear protective cloths and closed shoes. Do not drive with loose cloths
as these might get damaged by the rear wheels. Long shoelaces might get caught in the
pedals. When reversing with high speed and stopping abruptly, the go-kart might topple
over backwards. Please do not use the go-kart in the proximity of stairs, hillsides, steep
areas, swimming pools or other waters. Any stairs in the surrounding area have to be
secured so that the children cannot drive them down under any circumstances.
WARNINGS! Protective equipment should be worn (helmet). Not to be used in traffic. 35
kg max. Not suitable for children under 36 month because of the risk of swallowing small
parts. choking Hazard!
The use of the product requires specific skills and knowledge to be able to avoid injuries
due to crashes and collisions.

mAINTENANCE ANd sErvICING
Only use a damp cloth when cleaning the product and no abrasive detergents. check the
product in regular intervals, prior and after use, for damages or wear. Store the product
in a safe and weatherproof location so that it will not be damaged or cause damage to
others. For your own safety only use original spare parts for replacements. These can be
purchased at HUDORA. Do not make any structural changes. If the product is damaged
or has developed sharp edges and corners it must not be used any longer. In case of any
doubts please contact our customer service at (http://www.hudora.de/service/).
Please check the chain tension in regular intervals and adjust it if necessary. To adjust
it you have to remove the chain box by unscrewing the screws and removing the box.
Loosen the nuts at the gearbox mounting clamps a little and push the gearbox slightly
forward until the chain is sufficiently tensed. Afterwards fasten the nuts again.
The chain and the journal bearing have to be lubricated
from time to time with common bicycle oil.

Please dispose of the product at the end of its service life in the available disposal return
or collection system. For any questions contact your local dumping enterprise.
