Depending on the performance of your system you can realize the analog
capture with Studio AV/DV Deluxe in different ways. Therefore, select
"AVI capture" or "MPEG capture" in the Settings dialog.
The following tables show the possible settings:
AVI Capture – video standard: NTSC

MPEG Capture – video standard: NTSC
MPEG capture
If your captured files are incorrect (i.e. jerky) the selected capture quality
may exceed the performance of your system. In this case, please select a
lower quality to achieve a successful capture.

* On the basis of your system's clock frequency the Studio application automatically recognizes whether it is
suitable for the use of the DV Video Encoder. For very slow systems the DV Video Encoder option may not be
available. In this case the "Best" setting will default to a high quality PIC Video MJPEG Codec.
