PEDOMETER DW2026
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Protective plastic film: Close
inspection of LCD readout will
reveal that there is a thin layer of
plastic that is covering the entire
screen. You may feel free to
remove this thin plastic film, but
only if you promise to not scratch
the readout.
Mounting Instructions: Attach the
pedometer securely to your waist
band or belt, as close as possible to
the centre of your right or left side.
Using
your
new
pedometer:
Before you put the pedometer on ,
press the RESET button until the
LCD
readout
reads
The pedometer will register every
step you take. It is designed to
register up to and including 99,999
steps, which it is approximately 45
miles.
So as to extend the battery's life,
the LCD readout is designed to
shut off when it is not in use. To
view the readout, simply press the
RESET button once.
The MODE button: Leaving aside
what we have mentioned before,
the LCD readout displays the
number of steps . Press the button
once,
and
equivalent number of miles. Press
this button twice, and you will see
the number of kilometres. And
finally, press the button once more
and you will see the number of
calories that you have burn while
you were walking this distance.
Pretty simple, isn't it?
The ADJUST button: For those
who are using this device to
determine the amount of calories
that have been burn, it is important
to input your approximate weight (
in kilograms) and stride into the
pedometer so you will know more
precisely how many calories you
have actually burned.
If you want to adjust the step-length
press once the ADJUST then use
RESET to adjust the weight and
then press adjust again and use the
RESET to adjust the step length.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:

battery. However, if the battery
must be replaced, insert a penny or
dime in the slot on the button edge
of the pedometer, as it is shown in
the diagram .Then, turn the coin
until the top plastic cover pops off.
Use the point of a small knife to
push the battery out of its metal
enclosure, as it is shown in the
picture. Use an AG-13 Button type
replacement battery.
Replace
