WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Machine III Precision Vacuum Former is warranted
for its designated use, in accordance with the instructions,
against original defects in material and workmanship for a
period of 60 months* from date of purchase. This warranty
extends only to the original purchaser, provided the warranty
registration card is completed and returned to the Machine III
Service Center within two weeks of purchase date. Gaskets,
fuse, power cord, and broken castings are excluded from
warranted parts.
*Warranty void if unit is tampered with.
Note: If the equipment is not used in the manner specified
by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the equipment
may be impaired.

When returning the Machine III for repairs, ensure
adequate packaging is used. Manufacturer will not be
responsible for repairs caused by shipping damage.
Do NOT pack The Machine III in styrofoam chip material
for shipping. The material may lodge into the heater
mechanism and become a fire hazard. Remove handles.
