TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

If you experience a problem with this unit, check the chart below before
calling for service.
SYMPTOM
No sound.
Radio, no sound.
RESET turn the power
on.
FM Radio, poor sound.
iPod/iPhone mode, no
sound.
Time reset to "12:00"
Alarm does not turn on.

CAUSE
Volume is set to
minimum.
Power is not on.
Volume is set to
minimum.
Station is not tuned
properly.
FM wire antenna is not
extended.
Incorrectly connected.
Not in iPod/iPhone mode.
Power outage occured.
Clock not set.
Alarm is not activated or
set properly.
Clock is not set.

SOLUTION
Increase volume.
Press the Power/ALARM
button to turn the power
on.
Increase volume.
Retune the FM broadcast
station.
Extend FM wire antenna.
Check the connection.
Press SOURCE button.
Reset clock and alarm.
Set the clock.
Set and activate alarm
as described on pages
14-17.
Set the clock.
