Step 4:
Attach Gas Struts (Part J) to
the Lid and to the Inside of
the Cabinet using two (2) nuts
for each Strut. Make sure the
thicker end goes inside the
cabinet. Tighten all hardware
completely.
Step 5:
Lay product upside down. Attach
Wheel Casters (Part C) to the
unit using four (4) Screws,
Washers, Spring Washers and
Nuts for each caster. Tighten
completely.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to attach
both locking casters on the
same side and on the side with
mounting holes for attaching the
handle.
Stand product upright.
Step 6:
Attach handle to the four holes
on the side of the unit using four
(4) Screws, Washers and Nuts.
Note: Handle comes in three
(3) pieces. When assembling
handle make sure to have the
side with the finger groves
towards the inside, so they are
facing the cart. Lightly tap each
bracket into handle using rubber
mallet.
Make sure all hardware is
tightened completely
