7. Repeat steps 2 - 6 for securing the second J-Rac to rear crossbar.
8. Ensure that your crossbars are at least 24" apart from each other
(the further apart, the more stable your watercraft will be). FIG. 7.
9. Align J-Racs, making sure placement is the same on front and rear
crossbars. FIG. 8.
10. Once aligned, SECURE BOTH J-RACs COMPLETELY by tightening all
clamp knobs. FIG. 9.
11. Your Reese J-Rac is equipped with foam pads to protect your
watercraft from scratches during transport. For increased
protection, especially for hulls with high-lacquer finishes, place a
soft cloth between hull and pad for added protection. FIG. 10.
