Assembly
NOTE: See Page 2 for component iden-
tification on all procedures.
1. Install each Wheel (21) onto Tank (30).
• Install Washer (22) and Screw (23) that secures
each Wheel to the Tank.
• Tighten Screws (23) securely.
2. Position each Wheel Caster (20) onto the Tank.
3. Install Washer (19) and Acorn Nut (18) that
secures each Wheel Caster to the Tank.
• Tighten each Acorn Nut securely.
4. Install Handle (31) into the sockets on the Tank.
• Tighten Screws (29) securely.
5. Attach Control Valve (1 or 2) to Hose (6) [with
thread sealant].
• Tighten the connection securely.
Modes of Operation
Fill the Tank
IMPORTANT: Relieve pressure within
the system prior to filling Tank (30).
1. Open Shut-Off Valve (11).
• This releases any pressure within the Tank.
2. Slowly unscrew Fill Cap (16) from the Tank.
3. Insert Funnel (5) and fill the Tank to a level not to
exceed the 13 gallon mark on Level Gauge (28).
4. Remove the Funnel and screw the Cap securely to
the Tank.
Revision (5-09)
Do not exceed 120 psi (8 bar) air pressure when
pressurizing this dispenser. Severe injury can occur.
10. Open the Control Valve to dispense the required amount
11. View the Pressure Gauge.
12. Pressurize the Tank.
13. View the Level Gauge.
14. Fill the Tank.

Pressurizing
5. Attach the air supply to Connector (12).
6. Open Shut-Off Valve (11) as required.
WARNING
7. Set the air supply to a maximum of 120 psi (8 bar).
8. Close the Shut-Off Valve (11) once Pressure Gauge (10)
displays 120 psi (8 bar).
9. Disconnect the air supply from the Connector.
Dispensing
of fluid.
Once the Pressure Gauge displays 45 psi (3 bar):
• Follow procedures 5 through 9.
• This ensures continual rapid dispense times.
Once the Level Gauge shows fluid at the lowest level:
• Follow procedures 1 through 4.
• This ensures air will not mix with the fluid.
