USE OF THE LID
When you make a barbecue inside your house or outside your house,you can use the lid or
remove it according to your need.

1. When use it outdoor,we suggest to close the Lid(Fig1),which can act as a wind break,at the
same time you can cook food more quickly and more evenly as temperature is higher.
Note:According to different food,you should open the Lid(Fig2) to monitor the food from
time to time to prevent overcooking.
2. When use indoor,you can remove the Lid(Fig3),which makes it easier to monitor food.
Note:You can also close the lid to cook food more quickly and more evenly.
III.3 TIPS FOR GRILLING
1. The position 1 and 2 of thermostat is for keeping the food warm.
2. The barbecue reaches its optimum performance after 8 uses.
3. Cooking should be monitored;some food need be turned over for better grill.
4. When cooking outside,the lid acts as a windbreaker to guarantee perfect cooking.
5. We suggest that you keep the lid of the barbecue closed when grilling food.Closing the lid
allows you to cook foods more quickly and more evenly.(Fan oven effect)
IV- ADVICE CARE AND STORAGE
1. Before cleaning,unplug the appliance and leave it to cool down for 1 hour.
2. Dry the appliance before each use.
3. Remove in turn:The Removable thermostat;The Lid;The Grill plate;The Collecting tray.
4. Do not use scourers or scouring powder as this may damage the Grill surface.
5. Collecting tray(4):Each time before using the barbecue,check if there is build-up of grease in
the collecting tray.Remove any excess grease with a plastic scraper.Wash the collecting tray
with warm soapy water,and then rinse with clean water.
6. Lid(1):When the lid is still hot,wipe clean with paper towels in order to prevent any build-up of
grease.Grease flakes have a similar appearance to paint flakes.Do not use acids,mineral spirits
or xylene etc to clean the product.Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
7. Avoid allowing grease to accumulate in the Base(5).Clean the Base regularly to prevent grease
building up.Improper maintenance may result in grease fires,which can cause serious injury
and even death,as well as damage to property.
8. To clean the outside of the appliance,use a damp sponge and dry thoroughly.
9. When the electric barbecue is not in use,the thermostat should be set to the"MIN"position
and must be unplugged and stored indoors.
