If the heart rate limits have been entered directly, the display only switches between upper and lower training limits.
• If the heart rate alarm function is switched off, „---" and „oF" appears in the display.
• Press the START/STOP button to switch the heart rate alarm function on or off.
With the pulse alarm activated, the following alarms are possible during heart rate measurement:
• heart rate is within the set training zone:
• heart rate is above the set training zone:
• heart rate is below the set training zone:
pulse monitor beeps once.
pulse monitor beeps twice, „H" and actual heart rate reading
flashing.
pulse monitor beeps twice, „L" and actual heart rate reading
flashing.
