To Lock:
1. Loop the cable around any immovable object or use
the anchor plate included in the package.
2. Locate the security slot on the side or back of
your notebook*.
3. Grasp the lock body and insert into the security slot.
The gold pin on the rear of the lock will protrude
slightly, and then engage. Turn the combo dials to an
arbitrary number to secure the lock.
*Cable may also be used with docking stations,
monitors, and other devices equipped with a
security slot.
Note: The combo is preset at the factory to "000". It is
not necessary to set the correct combo to install the lock.
