TCP/IP CONFIGURATION
Configuring PC (Windows Vista)
Go to Start / Control Panel (in Classic View). In the Control Panel, double-click on Network and
Sharing Center icon
Click Manage Network connections then double-click Local Area Connection and click Properties.
Click Continue (Windows needs your permission to continue).
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
Select the Obtain an IP address automatically and the Obtain DNS server address automatically radio
buttons.
Click OK to finish the configuration

Browser Configuration
Open the web browser, enter the local port IP address of this
at 192.168.1.254, and click Go to get the login page.
The default username is admin, password atlantis and click "OK" to continue. Click on Quick Start then Run
Wizard to perform an automatic protocol selection. Please click Next to continue. You can change the password as
you like and then click Next to continue. Select your time zone from the drop down list then please click Next to
continue. Select how the router will set up the Internet connection (into ISP Connection Type Windows):
PPPoE/PPPoA: to obtain IP automatically (You need username and password).
Static IP address: this configuration is valid in case of a subscription with a static IP. Please check manual
on the cdrom.
PPPoE/PPPoA
PPPoE (PPP over Ethernet) is an ADSL connection known as dial-up DSL. As the PPPoA it has been created to
integrate large band services paying a particular attention to an easy configuration. The user can obtain an high
access speed and he can also share the same account with the ISP. No additional software are required. This
configuration is valid in case of a subscription with a static IP and active NAT (SUA) (for the managing of the public
class turn to the CD handbook). Let's see how to configure correctly this kind of ADSL configuration.
Insert Username and Password and make sure that the parameters are, in case of PPPoA, the ones in the picture,
