Risk of electric shock!
− To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan
with any solid-state speed control device.
− Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with
throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under
furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas
and where it will not be tripped over.
− The use of attachments is not recommended and may cause

WARNING!
This fan employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse
indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows,
unplug the fan from the outlet. Replace the fuse and check the
fan. If the replacement fuse blows, a short circuit may be present
and you should contact customer service for instructions.
CAUTION!
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of
personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord. Extension cords are available from local
hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised in their
use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is
necessary. Also, the cord must be: (1) marked with an electrical
rating of 125V, and at least 13 A., 1625 W, and (2) the cord must
be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or
tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over
accidentally.
