Instructions for use
TYPES OF PANS TO USE
Any pan with a flat bottom, a diameter between 12 and 26 cm, and made of a metal with magnetic
properties such as cast iron, iron or steel may be used on the cooker plate to cook or heat food. Make
sure that the pan contains the symbol below:
Containers that cannot be used to heat food include those made of aluminum or copper or aluminum,
and with a diameter of less than 12 cm.
AR1F601 USE
Plug the induction hob into the power socket and position the pot in the centre of the cooking plate.
The device will emit a "BEEP", the indicator led above the ON/OFF key will start flashing, the display will light
up temporarily and then, indicate "C" (standby).
Press the ON/OFF key, the display will indicate "on".
NB: if no commands are entered for 30 seconds, the device will automatically switch to standby.
NB: the device will not work unless there is a pot on the cooking plate.
Press the FUNCTION key to select the cooking mode:
POWER
A default power setting of 1400W is displayed. You can now choose the required power setting using the +/-
keys, from a minimum of 200W to a maximum of 2000W with intermediate power settings (400, 600, 800 W,
etc.).
TEMPERATURE
A default temperature of 240°C is displayed. You can now choose the required temperature setting using the
+/- keys, from a minimum of 60°C to a maximum of 240°C with increments of 20°C.
TIMER FUNCTION
Press the TIMER key: the default time of 10 minutes is displayed. You can now set the length of time until the
device turns off, using the +/- keys, from a minimum of 1 min to a maximum
of 240 min. Every time you press the + symbol, the time increases by one minute. To increase the time more
quickly, press and hold the key for several seconds. The time will then increase at intervals of 10 minutes.
Follow the same
procedure to decrease the time using the - key.
After the setting has been entered, press the TIMER key once to confirm or wait until the display stops flashing.
The display will alternately show the remaining time and the setting (TEMPERATURE or POWER).
When the set time expires, the device will stop the operation and automatically switch to standby.
The TIMER function can be interrupted by holding down the TIMER key (the Timer indicator light will then turn
off and the device will continue to work on POWER or TEMPERATURE mode) or by pressing the On/Off button
(the device will switch to standby).
NB: If you press the FUNCTION key, the function mode is changed (POWER or TEMPERATURE) and the
TIMER function is cancelled.
CHILD LOCK
To prevent children from accidentally turning on the induction hob or changing the cooking settings, press the
CHILD LOCK key for several seconds. The indicator light will come on and the induction hob will not respond
to any commands.
The CHILD LOCK key can be pressed both when the induction hob is working and when it is turned off.
Only the ON/OFF key works when the CHILD LOCK is enabled.
To disable the child lock, press the child lock key for at least 3 seconds, the light will turn off and the function
will be disabled.
USING THE AR1F602 MODEL
Insert the plug in the power socket.
The device consists of 2 independent cooking zones. Both induction hobs work in the same way as the AR1F601
model.
Only the POWER mode is different:
LEFT PLATE: the power can be set from 200 to 2000W.
RIGHT PLATE: the power can be set from 200 to 1500W.
