Troubleshooting

Cause
1. No power to heater.
2. Heater is not on a level
surface
3. Heater does not heat area
in front of heater, it will
disperse heat throughout
room to heat entire space.
1. On/Off, Low/High dial is not
set properly

Solution
1. Check power connections
/ connect heater to power
supply.
2. Heater should be on a
firm surface so the tip over
switch, located on the
bottom of the unit, makes
contact with the floor or
other surface.
3. Heater is operating correctly.
