The cleaning of the carbon grease filter mesh
The filter mesh is made of high-density stainless steel. Please do not use the corrosive
detergent on it. Keeping this filter clean will keep the appliance running correctly. Please
strictly follow the guidelines below.

Switches the ventilation off.

suitable for simmering and cooking which do
not make much steam. Press again to stop the
motor.
Airflow speed is ideally for ventilation in stand-
ard cooking operation. Press again to stop the
motor.
When high density of smoke or steam pro-
duced, press high-speed button for highest
effective ventilation. Press again to stop the
motor.
