• Before preparing the mixer for use, make sure
it is unplugged and the speed selector is in the
"0" position
1. Make sure that the tension matches the
device voltage;
2. With the mixer in open position, attach the
bowl, the anti-spatter protection and the desired
beater;
3. Place the ingredients in the bowl;
4. Close the mixer
5. Insert the plug of the power cord into the
socket;
6. Turn the speed control knob gently to the desired speed;
7. During the preparation you can include ingredients, open the bowl's protection cover
[Figure 4] and add the ingredients.
8. When finished, place the speed selector to "0".
9. Put the mixer in the open position and if necessary, remove the excess of the mixture from
the beater with the spatula.
Tips • Chilled ingredients (such as butter and eggs) should be mixed at room temperature.
So, remove them from the refrigerator in advance.
• It is advisable to break the eggs in a separate bowl to prevent the bark pieces are
beaten together with the dough.
Attention!
Do not put any objects inside the bowl while the beaters are spinning.
• Before cleaning, make sure that the product is unplugged.
• Clean the external parts of the mixer with a damp cloth. Then dry it with a dry cloth.
• Wash the bowl and beaters with water and mild detergent. Wash with plenty of water and
dry. If necessary, leave these parts submerse for some time.
Comments: • It is much easier if you clean your mixer immediately after use.
• Never immerse the mixer in water or other liquid.
Attention!
Take care when handling the scouts because they can cause injury.
