THERMEX JACOB JENSEN FJERNBETJENING
WALL INSTALLATION
It is possible to mount the remote control on the wall using the accompanying metal bracket.
This is done in the following steps:
•
Mark and pre-drill the holes for the metal bracket.
•
Install rawl plugs suitable for the material into
which they are being installed.
•
Mount the bracket using screws.
•
Attach the remote control to the bracket on the
wall.
NOTE: if you do not wish to hang the remote control on the wall, then the metal bracket ought
to be removed from the remote control in order to avoid damage if it falls out.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
The remote control can be wiped with a damp cloth with washing-up detergent.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The batteries in the remote control need to be replaced when they are dead. The lifetime of
the batteries depends upon what type of battery it is as well as how much the remote control
has been used.
The batteries need replacing when the remote control can no longer control the hood.
NOTE: The icon lights will gradually become weaker as the batteries loose capacity. Even
though the light in the remote control is weak, the remote control can still control the range
hood.
The batteries are changed in the following way:
•
Remove the battery cover on the bottom of the remote control.
•
Remove the old batteries from the remote control.
•
Insert new batteries, taking care to position them correctly.
•
Place the battery cover on the remote control.
•
The remote control is now ready for use, and all icons will light up, except for the "torch"
icon.
