How to clean the mixing arm
1. Disconnect the mains plug from the wall socket.
2. Disconnect the dough hook, the flat beater, the whisk and any other acces-
sories from the accessories coupler.
3. If necessary, wipe the mixing arm and the base with a slightly damp cloth.
Afterwards, wipe them with a dry cloth.
4. Do not use the appliance until all parts have dried.
How to clean the splash guard

CAUTION! Material damages
The locking screw, the cap for the accessories coupler, the splash
guard, the funnel, the dough hook, the flat beater and the whisk must
not be washed in the dishwasher.
1. Put the parts to be cleaned in cold or lukewarm water to soften any dough
residues.
2. Remove the softened dough residues with a washing-up brush.
3. Rinse the parts with clear water.
4. Allow all parts to dry completely before storing or reusing them.
How to clean the mixing bowl
The mixing bowl is made of stainless steel and can be washed in the dish-

washer.
Never use a steel brush, steel wool or bleach to clean the stainless steel bowl.

Limescale can be removed with vinegar.
