During appliance operation, ensure the constant presence of water in the ba-
sin below the grill. Failure to comply with this rule may result in overheating
damage to the unit.

To turn on the grill, turn the M1 knob to position 1: If the green LED is lit, that indicates that the equipment is
regularly connected to the mains.
Then turn the M2 knob clockwise to the desired position; the red LED indicates that the heating elements are on
and are warming.
The knob has 6 notches from 1 to 6 indicating the power level of the heating elements where:
1 = lowest power;
6 = highest power.
