STORING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Unplug unit and allow cooling. Never store the griddle while it is hot or still plugged in.
2.
Clean the griddle thoroughly before storing.
3.
Store the temperature control probe under the griddle. Wrap the cord around the grill tilt
lever as shown below. (See Figure 2.)

Store the clean griddle in its box or in a clean, dry place.
