El caudal mínimo de las duchas de emergencia debe
ser de 100 l/min. a la presión mínima de suministro y
deben distribuir el líquido de modo uniforme. Por lo
tanto, es necesario utilizar para el suministro,
tuberías de un diámetro adecuado, teniendo en
cuenta las pérdidas que puedan producirse durante
su recorrido. El difusor de la ducha de emergencia
debe instalarse verticalmente y a una distancia de
220 ± 10 cm. del suelo. El eje del cono de líquido de
lavado debe estar como mínimo a 40 cm. del
obstáculo más cercano.
IMPORTANTE: Dado que las duchas no están
dotadas de desagüe, es necesario adecuar una zona
para la conducción y recogida del agua, previendo
además,
si
es
necesario,
tratamientos especiales para evitar la contaminación.
A continuación se muestra por pasos el proceso de
instalación del producto, del cual se puede intuir su
simplicidad.
Paso 1 / Step 1
Fijar la base pre-montada en el
suelo utilizando tacos de
expansión. / Fix the pre-mounted
base on the floor using screw
anchors.

1- Roscar el tubo 'B' en la base premontada. / Screw the pipe 'B' with

2- Roscar el tubo 'C' en el tubo 'B', y la válvula 'D' al tubo 'E'. / Screw

3- Roscar el difusor cromado 'F' y colgar el tirador 'G'. / Screw the
chrome-plated diffuser 'F' and hang the pull.

should distribute the fluid evenly. Therefore, it should
be used for the supply, suitable diameter pipes,
taking into account any pressure lost that may occur
during fluid run. The diffuser of the emergency
shower should be installed vertically at a distance of
220 ± 10 cm. from the floor. The cone axis of the
washing fluid should be at least 40 cm. separated
from the nearest obstacle.
IMPORTANT: Since the washers are not equipped
with drainage, is necessary to adapt an area for the
fluid run and collection, providing addition, if
necessary, carrying out special treatments to prevent
contamination.
