Troubleshooting

Cause
Lack of power supply
Low pressure in the pneumatic
system
Clogged cartridge filters
Clogged vacuum hose
Filters are broken
Inadequate filter
Motor brushes (carbon) worn or
broken
Non existent or inefficient
grounding
Remedy
Check for power at the socket.
Check the condition of the socket and the
cable.
Ask for assistance to be performed by a
qualified manufacturer's technician.
Make sure that the compressor is working
and that there are no leaks in the pneumatic
system.
Replace them with others of identical type
Check the vacuum hose and clean it.
Replace them with others of identical type.
Replace it with another of a suitable category
and check.
Remove and replace the (carbon) motor
brushes.
Check all ground connections. In particular on
the vacuum inlet fitting; replace the hose with
an antistatic hose.
