How to open the safe:
1. Press the "#" button for start-up. The LCD screen will
display "------".
2. Enter the password. There are two sets of factory default
codes: "1 2 3 4" and "1 2 3 4 5 6". Either will work.
3. Press the "#" button to confi rm the code.
4. When "OPEN" appears on the LCD screen, turn the
handle counterclockwise within 5 seconds to open the safe.
How to lock the safe:
1. Close safe door.
2. Rotate the handle clockwise to the "locked" position.
3. The door will lock automatically.
Emergency Entry System for Lost/Misplaced Codes:
1. To open the safe using the startup the emergency system,
remove the plug from the manual override keyhole.
2. Insert the manual override key and rotate the key counter-
clockwise to open the safe.
3. If internal batteries need replaced, the external battery
pack can be used to open the safe. External battery pack
uses 4-AA batteries.
To Program A Personal User Code :
1. * Two sets of personal codes can be programmed. Codes
must be programmed seperately.
2. Repeat steps 1 – 3 under "How to Open the Safe".
3. When "OPEN" is displayed press "*" on the LCD screen
quickly so the LCD screen displays "------".
4. Enter a personal user code. Personal user code must be 3
to 8 digits.
5. Press "#" to confi rm the personal user code.
