OPERATION
1. Take the insulating strip out
2. Place the scale on hard and flat surface. Clean floor is best.
3. Step on the scale gently, position your feet evenly near the center
and keep your body still and erect until the scale stabilizes your weight.
The scale will be auto off within seconds if no further using.
