Safety instructions
Main supply. This unit should only be used with a mains supply of
the type indicated on the side label. Should there be any doubt
regarding the mains type available in the instillation, the electricity
company responsible should be consulted.
Overload. Overloading the mains cable may cause electric shocks
or fires. Never overload power supply cables.
Liquids. This unit should be protected against splashes and dripping
liquids. Ensure that no liquid containing vessels are placed on or
over the unit.
Cleaning. Before cleaning, the unit should be disconnected from its
mains supply source. Use only a damp cloth (without solvents) to
remove dust from its covers.
Ventilation.
To
ensure
adequate
air
circulation
and
avoid
overheating, ventilation slots in the covers should never be
obstructed. The unit should not be installed in hermetically sealed
racks or other such enclosures. Other electronic or heat generating
products should not be placed on the unit.
Accessories. Use of accessories from sources other than the unit
supplier could damage the unit.
Connection to the distribution network. Disconnect the unit
from the mains supply before connecting or disconnecting the
distribution network cable. Failure to observe this recommendation
may cause damage to the unit itself and other equipment connected
to the distribution network.
Unit location. All efforts should be made to avoid lightening and
rain sensitive areas. Do not install the unit near radiators or other
heat generating devices. Ensure that the unit is located at least
10cm
from
other
equipments
potentially
susceptible
to
electromagnetic influences. Do not install the unit o unstable
boards, tripods, supports, or a table from which it may fall. A falling
unit may cause personal and material damages.
