OPERATION
To stop the portable fan, place the switch in the center,
or OFF ( O ) position.
CHANGING PORTABLE FAN SPEED
See Figure 2, page 6.
For low speed, move the power switch right to the LOW
( I ) position.
For high speed, move the power switch left to the
HIGH ( I I ) position.
TO HANG THE PORTABLE FAN
See Figure 3, page 7.
Using the mounting holes to hang the fan:
Remove the battery.
D rill holes in the wall or mounting surface using the
mounting holes as a guide.
Insert the screws into the mounting holes on the fan's
base. Align the screws with the drilled holes and secure
into place. Do not overtighten.
NOTE: Be careful not to hang the fan in such a way that
it prevents normal fan operation.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.
Use of any other part could create a hazard or cause
product damage.

Insert the battery.
Using the key holes to hang the fan:
Remove the battery.
Install the screws into the wall so that the center distance
is 2.5 in.
Slide the fan's base over the screws until the screws
are aligned with the key holes. Insert the screws into the
keyholes and slide the fan base down to secure the fan
into place.
NOTE: Be careful not to hang the fan in such a way that
it prevents normal fan operation.
Insert the battery.
ADJUSTABLE HEAD
See Figure 3, page 7.
The portable fan head can be set in a variety of positions
for better air circulation. To adjust the fan head, make
sure the base is secure and gently pivot the head to the
desired position.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and can be damaged by their use. Use
clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
