The solar panel can fully charge a flat battery in 3 days, provided that the
unit is switched off and that there is adequate sunlight.
The unit will deliver a pulse every 1.5 seconds when the battery is fully
charged.
If days of bad weather occur or insufficient sunlight is received, the
battery will conserve power by operating in a half power mode, and the
unit will deliver a pulse every 3.5 seconds. If sufficient sunlight is
received, the battery will charge again until full power is restored.
However, if days of insufficient sunlight persist, the battery will
automatically save power and the unit will stop delivering pulses.
