7. Adjust the headband to the appropriate position:
• Adjust the main f tting hole to make the height from head-top to eye for proper f t.
• Shift the segmental plate with different positioning hole to adjust the window angle for clear view.
• Push and turn the adjusting knob to tighten or loosen the headband.
8. Begin and continue your welding work.
9. After use, let the outside of the f lter avoid light shining (when the light received by f lter less than 5 Lux, the
f lter enters dormancy condition) in order to that more battery energy can be saved.
6 Maintenance
1. Clean the f lter and protection plates by a lens tissue or a clean soft cloth with proper glass detergent.
2. Use neutral detergent to clean the welding shell and headband.
3. Replace outer and inner protection plate periodically.
4. Replacement of battery:
• In normal use, the battery can be maintained 2800 hours.
• The welding f lter must be removed from the helmet before battery replacement.
• Take out the battery holders with a small f at screwdriver (or similar tool).
• Insert new batteries in the holders according to f gure.
• Push the holders into the welding f lter until they snap in position.
5. There is liquid crystal plate in the f lter, so it is important to avoid heavy knock.
6. Avoiding leave the helmet or the f lter in wet or hot circumstance.
7. Avoiding light shine in f lter if the unit will not be used for a long time.
