NOTE:
Do not overfill the basket. This will cause a drop of oil temperature and will affect the frying quality.
Do not keep the oil at high temperature for long periods of time. This will have an effect on the oil quality.
Set the thermostat knob to the lowest temperature while performing different frying cycles.
During and After frying
Beware at any time during frying of hot stream and possible hot oil splashing.
Open the lid. Raise the basket out of the oil container and gently shaking it to drain the remaining oil on
the food.
WARNING: Hot steam or splashing oil can suddenly be emitted from the deep fryer when opening the lid.
CLEANING
Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Allow the oil to cool down to room temperature. After use oil keeps its temperature for a long period of
time. During the cooling down period ensure that the fryer is placed on a safe area where nobody
accidentally can move it.
Do not attempt to move or carry the fryer while the oil is still hot.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different
types of food, the use of hot clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that
come into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning
/cross contamination.
Clean the lid, basket and container in hot water with warm soapy water. Rinse them with fresh water and
dry them properly.
Clean the housing with a damp cloth. Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaners to clean the outside.
Clean the control panel with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse the control panel into water and Do not allow any cleaning liquid to enter the control
panel.
NOTE:
Make sure the oil container is completely dry before adding new oil or heating up oil, water in hot oil can
lead to hot oil splashing.
Dispose of the used oil in an environmentally friendly way.
