TIPS BEFORE USING THE ELECTRIC OVEN.
▲ Before using the electric oven for the first time, be sure to:
1. Read all instructions in this manual.
2. Make sure the oven is unplugged and in the OFF position.
3. Wash all accessories in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher.
4. Then dry all the accessories and put them back in the oven.
5. Plug the oven into a power outlet and you are ready to use your new oven.
6. Before assembling your oven, we suggest that you set it at the maximum
temperature (230 ℃) for approximately 15 minutes in order to eliminate the
substances protectors applied to the internal heat elements in the factory.
Note: The first time you operate your oven there may be some smell or smoke
(about 15 minutes). This is completely normal and harmless. It is due to the burning of the
protective substance applied to the elements of heat in the factory.
OPERATING THE OVEN.
Advantage of the kitchen by convection:
Cooking with convection combines the movement of hot air through a fan
of regular characteristics (roasting and baking). Cooking with convection provides speed.
The fan makes the air circulate in the cavity obtaining the golden browning more quickly.
It also produces more heat on all the food by the movement of the air getting a uniform bake.
The convection feature also allows cooking or baking at a stable temperature, which also allows
the food to cook more evenly.
Convection control and Rotisserie (knob C):
With this selector you can select the type of cooking you want (4 options):
- Cooked without convection or rotisserie.
- Cooked only with convection.
- Cooked only with rotisserie.
- Cooked with convection and rotisserie at the same time.
Temperature control (knob E):
Choose the desired temperature for cooking from 100 ℃. up to 230 ℃.
