Symptom Possible Cause
No power. Power adapter not
connected
The unit is in
Standby mode
No sound. Volume in mini-
mum position
The connected
device is not in
payback mode

Possible Solution
Connect the adapter
Press the Power button
on the unit or remote
control to turn on the
unit.
Raise volume level
by pressing the VOL +
button.
Try pressing the MUTE
button on the remote.
Play the music/movie in
the connected device
Raise volume level of
the connected device
Symptom Possible Cause
Remote The batteries in the
control not remote control are
working exhausted
AUX IN 1 / Wrong source is
AUX IN 2 selected
not working
No response Wrong source is
from Blue- selected
tooth source
The unit is con-
nected with
another Bluetooth
device
The connected de-
vice is Deactivated
Possible Solution
Replace with new
battery
Press the POWER/
SOURCE button until
indicator turns violet
(AUX IN 1 ) / orange (AUX
IN 2 )
Press the POWER/
SOURCE button until
indicator turns Blue
Disconnect the connec-
tion and retry.
Activate the connected
device and start the
playback
