§ Please ensure that the mains lead does not come into
contact with the hot sections of the device. Do not
touch the hot sections of the device; please use the
buttons and handles provided.
§ Allow the unit to cool down before you put it away.
BEFORE INITIAL USE
− Remove the packaging.
− Operate the device empty for 5 minutes. This may produce a small quantity of smoke and odors
which disappear when the device has been used a few times. Ensure enough ventilation.
− We recommend that you clean the device as described in the section "Cleaning".

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

− Place the device on a heat-resistant surface.
− Please ensure that the on/off switch and the timer switch are turned to 0 (off) or OFF.
− Connect the device to a properly earth-grounded installation with these features: 230 V~50 Hz

USING THE UNIT

Always use the device with the upper transparent lid open.
The device has two buttons:
Left button: mode choose (OFF – Heating Rods – Heating Rods & Bread Warmer)

Right button: timer
§
− Choose the cooking time with the right button. The red light will turn on.
− Choose the cooking mode. The green light will turn on
− Preheat the device during 3 minutes
− Once preheated, put the place sausages between the rods. The cooking time depends on the
type of food and the taste of the cooker.
− Please use a wooden spoon to remove the cooked food in order to not damage the non-stick
coating.
Fat Collecting Pan
The dish must be inserted under the heating rods. This is where excess fat collects. When grilling
you should check the contents regularly and empty the tray when necessary.
