Quick Reference Guide
6. Volume Level Control
Tap or press and hold the up/down
key to set volume level. The last
volume setting is saved and
restored after Windows restart.
Note that the up/down key is also
used for the On-Screen-Display
(OSD) operation.
7. Brightness Level
Control
Tap or press and hold the up/down
key to set screen
Backlight/illumination level.
8. Backlight/Illumination
On/Off Button
The Backlight/illumination On/Off
button turns on/off the screen
backlight and the illumination of
the control keys. The illumination
of the Workstation Power button
and Emergency button remain
unchanged.
The illumination status of the
button indicates the following:
Steady blue: Screen backlight
and key illumination are off.
The blue backlight/illumination
on/off indicator may not light at
low brightness level and can not
be seen in normal daylight.
Steady Yellow: Screen backlight
and key illumination are on.

9. Temperature Indicator

The Temperature Indicator shows
the temperature status of the
Display.
Steady red: Display temperature
is extremely high or low.
Off: Normal operation.
10. Workstation Power
Button
The Workstation Power button is
commonly used to turn on or
shutdown the workstation (CPU
Box and Display).
If configured to "forced
shutdown", holding the Power
button pressed for more than six
seconds will cause the
workstation to shutdown. "forced
shutdown" may damage your OS
or hard disk drive.
The illumination status of the
button indicates the following:
Steady green: Workstation is on,
vehicle power is ok and video
