GRILLED PINEAPPLE SUNDAES
2 pineapple slices
4 scoops vanilla
ice cream
Caramel for drizzling
1 tbsp. sweetened
shredded coconut,
toasted
GRILLED BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN
1 small boneless
chicken breast
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & black pepper
1/4 tsp. italian
seasoning or
dried oregano
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 clove of
garlic, minced
1/4 tbsp.
chopped basil
1 slice of mozzarella
Grated parmesan
for serving
TURKEY AVOCADO PANINI
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup mayo
Ciabatta bun
2 slices provolone
cheese
1/2 cup of
spinach leaves
1/4 pound of
turkey breast
1 roasted red pepper,
sliced into strips

Preheat the appliance as directed.
Close lid and grill pineapple slices until
charred, 1 minute per side.
Top each pineapple slice with vanilla ice
cream and drizzle with caramel.
Top with shredded coconut and serve immediately.
Preheat the appliance as directed.
Combine oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, sprinkle of pepper
and italian seasoning and whisk to combine. Transfer to
resealable bag with chicken. Refrigerate for 30 min.
Place chicken onto grill, close lid and cook until charred and
make sure internal temperature of 165-degrees is reached.
Combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, and season with salt
and pepper. While chicken is still on grill, top each breast
with 1 slice mozzarella and cover until cheese is melted,
2 to 3 minutes. Top chicken with tomato mixture.
Garnish with parmesan and serve immediately.
Preheat the appliance as directed.
Once preheated, spray the upper and lower cooking
surfaces with a non-stick cooking spray or lightly
coat with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Mash the avocado and mayo together in a bowl.
Brush bottom of each bun with olive oil or butter and
a provolone cheese slice, half the spinach leaves, half
the sliced turkey breast, and a sliced roasted red pepper
on each sandwich. Spread half of the avocado on the
cut surface of each top, and place the top of the roll on
the sandwich. Brush the top of the roll with olive oil.
Close lid and cook until the bun is toasted and
crisp and the cheese is melted - 5-8 minutes.
Serve immediately.
