instructions shall result in Integra MicroFrance being exempt from any liability.
Integra MicroFrance, manufacturer of MicroFrance medical instruments, shall not be
held responsible for any incidents following improper use, handling or maintenance
of their equipment.
Only the staff at Integra MicroFrance have the authority to open the pump
housing.

I- Contraindications, warnings and precautions

• It is important for the user to familiarize themselves with this manual,
particularly the warnings, precautions and safety information. Not reading the
safety information is considered a sign of poor use.
1- Contraindications
• The device is not suitable for hysteroscopy or any utilization in which pressure
must be measured.
• The device is not suitable for use in the presence of a flammable, anesthetic
mixture with air or oxygen or nitrous oxide.
• This device is designed for use by a doctor or a registered scrub nurse.
2- Warnings
• Please read all information in this manual carefully before using the device.
• Irrigate manually in case of pump breakdown.
• After use, clean and disinfect all the reusable parts of the device.
• To avoid risk of electric shock, turn off the power supply before cleaning the
device.
• In order to ensure the reliability of the grounding system, only connect the
device to approved supply mains.
• To prevent electric shock, do not connect unapproved components or
accessories to the pump.
• Any individual who carries out repairs and/or modifications to the device, but is
not authorized to do so by Integra MicroFrance, may prevent the device from
operating correctly and may void the warranty.
• Do not use any parts which are not Integra MicroFrance components. These
may damage the system or affect its performance.
• Do not attempt to sterilize disposable parts. These are sterile when delivered
and are not suitable for reuse.
