Installation, Operation & Application Guide
1. Installing the App on the phone
• Go to Google Play for Android
Devices or the Apple App Store for
Apple devices and search for "RV
Comfort".
• Download the RV Comfort app from
the store.
Note: Devices must have Android 4.4 or iOS
9.0 (or higher) as a minimum.
• Ensure Bluetooth and location is
activated on your smartphone.
2. Launch the RV Comfort App
• Tap on the interface to add a new
device

X. BLUETOOTH
3. Prepare to pair your smartphone:
Press
assembly for 5 seconds.
Press the MULTI button on the remote
control three times so that the Bluetooth
ID is visible and sent to the receiver on
the ceiling assembly.
Note: If the MULTI button is not
pressed within 60 seconds, the control
will exit pairing mode.
On your smart phone, when prompted,
enter the 6 digit Bluetooth ID that is
displayed on the remote control.
Tap on "PAIR NEW DEVICE".
Note: By clicking on "PAIR NEW DEVICE",
you have accepted the terms of use.
Terms of Use, contains a link to AIRXCEL
website and Terms of Use Agreement. This
is displayed at the bottom of the "PAIR NEW
DEVICE" page. Once the unit has been
paired with a device, this page is no longer
displayed.
