• Do not leave the appliance exposed to the weather (sun, rain, etc.).
• Do not pull the power cord or the appliance itself to unplug it from
the plug point. Do not pull the power cable or hose to move the
appliance.
• Do not tip the appliance when in use.
• If the appliance is not being used, unplug it from the socket.
• Do not tip the appliance, otherwise the water will damage the
motor: if this happens, lift it immediately then turn it off.
• If any liquid or foam leaks from the appliance, turn it off
immediately.
• When vacuuming liquids that foam such as washing powder,
detergent, etc., use a defoaming agent in the tank to prevent any
spray coming out of the air outlet vents: the defoaming agent can
be purchased at stores that specialise in cleaning products.
• Do not sit on the appliance.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its technical assistance centre or by someone who
is similarly qualified, in order to prevent any risks.
• This appliance is not to be used with an external timer or with a
separate distance control unit. This is to prevent fire hazards should
the appliance be covered or incorrectly positioned. No other device
that turns the appliance on automatically must be used, thus
preventing any injury to people or animals or damage to objects.
• If there is a fault or the appliance is not working correctly, switch the
appliance off and have it checked by qualified professional staff;
repairs done by an unqualified person can be dangerous and cause
the guarantee to become void.
INSTALLATION
• After unpacking the appliance, check that all parts have been included; if in doubt,
do not use and contact a qualified technician. The packaging materials (plastic
bags, polystyrene, metal staples, etc.) must not be left within reach of children, as
they constitute possible sources of danger and must be disposed of according to
