PULSE FUNCTION
This particular function serves to mix or mince the contents by simply rotat-
ing the knob (6) for a short, necessary time, particularly useful when prepar-
ing smoothies.
TIPS FOR A PROPER USE
•
The degree of the processing depends on the operating time.
•
Do not exceed attachment capacity to prevent the appliance from over-
loading.
•
Ingredients blend in better by pouring the liquid first into the graduated
container (3). In order to pour liquid food further, it may be inserted
through a measuring cap (1) during mixing phase (Fig. D).
Attention!
Never put fingers or instruments into the
graduated container (3) during this phase.
Injury hazard or blade breakage risk.
•
It is recommended to cut solid food in cubes of 2-3 cm before mixing.
•
Add few ingredients at a time into the graduated container (3) to facili-
tate the processing and prevent an excessive amount from overflowing
through the lid.
NEVER fill the graduated container (3) above the maximum indicated
capacity. Blade action causes an increase of processed food volume.
TIPS
•
It is therefore recommended to put liquid food first, then solid one. The
presence of liquid food facilitates and speeds up processing.
•
The glass container is not intended to blend/mince food with a certain
texture (e.g. ice, coffee beans, wheat, etc.).
