• Return the unit to a recycling centre.
The plastics and metals in the unit can
be sorted and appropriately recycled.
Ask our Service Centre for details.
• Defective units returned to us will be
disposed of for free.
• Throw the cut grass on the compost.
Do not throw it in the normal house-
hold waste.

Guarantee

• For the device and the charger, we
provide a 24 month warranty. For the
battery, we provide a 6 month war-
ranty. Commercial use will invalidate
the guarantee.
• Damages, which can be attributed
to natural wear, overloading or inap-
propriate use, are excluded from the
guarantee. Certain component parts
are subject to a normal wear and are
excluded from the guarantee. In par-
ticular, these include: battery.
• Furthermore, the prerequisite for guar-
antee services is that the references
indicated in the operating instructions
regarding cleaning and maintenance
have been adhered to.

Replacement parts/accessories

If you do not have internet access, please contact the Service Centre via telephone
(see "Service-Center" Page 155). Please have the order number mentioned below ready.

• Repair or replacement of the product
will not start a new warranty period.
• Damage, which has been caused
from material or manufacturing faults,
will be made good free of charge, by
replacement delivery or repair.
This requires that the appliance is re-
turned to the merchant undismantled
and with proof of purchase and guar-
antee.

Repair Service

For a charge, repairs not covered by
the guarantee can be carried out by our
service branch, which will be happy to is-
sue a cost estimate for you.
We can handle only equipment that has
been sent with adequate packaging and
postage.
Attention: Please send your equipment
to our service branch in clean condition
and with an indication of the defect.
Equipment sent carriage forward or by
bulky goods, express or other special
freight will not be accepted.
We will dispose of your defective devices
free of charge when you send them to
us.
