Solution
Make sure the connected adapter is properly
connected to the massager. (see Operation
section on page 7).
Try plugging the connected adapter into
another electrical outlet.
If desired, turn on the massager to continue
use. DO NOT use the massager for 30
consecutive minutes.
Allow it to cool for one hour before resuming
use.
Immediately discontinue use and contact
Customer Support (page 17).
Press ' ' once to use the high heat setting
after turning on the massager.
