SETTING ThE ODOUR ABSORBER MODE Of OPERATION Of ThE hOOD
in this option filtered air returns to the room through cut outs on both sides of the top funnel.
in this setting it is necessary to install the carbon filter; installation of the air exhaust guide is
recommended.
fAN SPEEDS
the lowest and medium speeds should be used under normal conditions and with low concentra-
tion of fumes. the top speed should be used in case of high concentration of kitchen fumes, e.g.
during frying or grilling.

OPERATIONAL SAfETy

all safety instructions included in this manual shall be observed without exception!
Grease filters and active carbon filters should be cleaned and replaced according to manufactur-
er's instructions, or more frequently in periods of intensive use (more than 4 hours a day).
if a gas cooker is used it is forbidden to leave uncovered flame. When removing pots from gas
burners set the flame to its minimum level.
always make sure that flame does not extend outside the pot. Such a situation causes undesired
energy losses and dangerous heat build-ups.
the hood should not be used for other purposes than those for which it was designed.
CONTROLPANEL:
light: push once for full light – push again for 30% light – push again to turn off light
Speedselector 1 – push once to activate the hood on step 1, to turn off the hood push once more
on speedselector 1.
Speedselector 2 – push once to activate the hood on step 2, to turn off the hood push once more
on speedselector 2.
Speedselector 3 – push once to activate the hood on step 3, to turn off the hood push once more
on speedselector 3.
turbo function – when speedselector 3 is chosen, push and keep down speedselector 3 for three
seconds until the sound of the biip, then the "turbofunction" will be active for 15 minutes whereaf-
ter the hood will biip and automatically returns to step 3
PERIODIC VENTILATION:
to activate roomventilation push and keep down speedselector 1 button for three seconds until
the biip sound and speedindicator 1 starts flashing, then the hood will be activated on speed step
1 for 10 minutes every hour
to deactivate roomventilation push and keep down speedselector 1 button for three seconds until
the biip sounds
TIMER:
to activate the timer push and keep down speedselector 2 button for three seconds until the biip
sound and speedindikator 2 starts flashing. Hereafter the hood will be activated on speed 1 for 15
minutes .
