IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Read all instructions completely before beginning installation. Keep these
instructions in a safe place for future reference.
2. To reduce risk of fire and over-heating, make sure all connections are tight.
3. Connect this product only to a 120V 60 Hz electrical supply.
4. Before installing, disconnect energy.
Use silicone spray for maintenance of the swivel joint.
Atención: Para el mantenimiento de la rótula, utilizar silicona en espray.
1. Remove the cover (A).
2. Pass the wires through the back plate (B) making sure that back plate's holes
and canopy (C) holes match.
3. Make electrical connections into the outlet box.
4. Fix the crossbar (D) to the outlet box.

5. Screw the threaded tube (E) to the crossbar (D). Place the back plate (B) and
the canopy (C) and fix it all with the nut (F).
Attention! The top of the threaded tube (E) should not stand out more than 1/8"
from the canopy's (C) surface, leaving enough room for the cover (A).
6. Place the cover (A) again.
1. Retirar la tapa (A).
2. Pasar los cables por la placa trasera (B) cerciorándose de que los agujeros
de la placa trasera y el cajetín (C) coinciden.
3. Conectar los cables en la caja de conexiones.
4. Fijar el anclaje (D) a la caja de conexiones.
5. Atornillar la contrarosca (E) al anclaje (D). Poner la placa trasera (B) y el
cajetín (C) y fijarlos con la tuerca (F).
Atención! La cabeza de la contrarosca (E) no debe sobresalir más de 1/8" de
la superficie del cajetín (C), dejando suficiente espacio para la tapa (A).
6. Poner la tapa (A) de nuevo.
