Default configuration of the unit (The user guide is available in the attached USB memory)
By default the device is factory configured with the following
settings:
- Functional test period: 7 days
- Autonomy test period: 365 days
- Test time: 0:00
- Nominal autonomy of the unit:
LPS24-26 = 60 minutes
LPS24-65= 180 minutes
- Local time:
UTC+1
UTC+2 (summer)
- Outputs: Non-communicating
Meaning of the LED on the cover
Network LED (green)
On
Light on (100ms ON every 4s)
Flashing slow (0.5s ON, 1.5s OFF)
Flashing fast (250ms ON, 250ms OFF)
Stopping
Battery LED (green)
On
Flashing fast (250ms ON, 250ms OFF)
Stopping
Security LEDs (green, amber, red)
One of them is on
Flashing amber LED (500ms ON, 1.5s OFF)
Alternate green and red LED (250ms each LED)
Flashing red LED (500ms ON, 1.5s OFF)
Precautions
- The nominal voltage and the unit's characteristics are marked on the apparatus.
- Covering the unit with insulation or similar material is not recommended.
- Before connecting the unit, check that the mains voltage distribution corresponds to that specified on the device.
- All installation, maintenance or repair tasks must be performed by qualified personnel. Before performing any installation or maintenance, make sure that the
unit is disconnected from the power supply and on rest mode.
- In case of problems consult the User Manual (section 9)
If other settings are desired they can be changed from the following options
(More detailed information in the general manual)
"ELC" luminaires require configuration of "ELC" type outputs.
Luminaires type "beacons" require configuration of outputs of type "beacons".
If the outputs are defined as ELC, the following steps should be
taken:
- Wait 30 minutes for the devices to register on the unit
- Zone the ELC luminaries
- Make a test circuit to check that the circuit loads are suitable
Meaning
Presence of network and without test.
Remote network failure (with network at the unit's
input).
Network is present and is performing a duration test
or a capacity test.
Network is present and is performing a functional
test.
Network failure on the unit's input.
Meaning
Battery correct.
In network malfunction an upcoming end of discharge is estimated (remaining duration less
than 10 mins.).
Occurs in any of the following situations:
- Battery open or in bad state
- Incorrectly connected battery
- Battery voltage equal or less than end of discharge voltage
- Battery voltage very high
- Battery fuse open
- Battery contactor open
Meaning
Equipment safety level:
Green: installation secure
Amber: installation with maintenance warning
Red: installation not secure
End of discharge log indicator. Eliminated on confirming that the notification has been read.
Bootloader start up, waiting for activation sequence.
