Check the position of your earplug. If it
sits too far out of the ear or is too loose,
please select a different size.
Check the position of the hearing am-
plifier behind the ear. If the microphone
opening is covered by the ear itself or
a large amount of hair, change the po-
sition of the hearing amplifier in order
to keep the microphone opening clear.
