How to Use Griddle

Plug in. Slide drip tray into place.
Open unit for more grilling surface
(this requires turning the food and
a longer cooking time).

Turn food halfway through
cooking. Carefully remove food
from grill/griddle with plastic
utensil.

Preheat grill by turning the
temperature control dial to desired
temperature with the lid closed.

Unplug unit and allow to cool
before cleaning. Do not attempt
to remove drip tray until cool.
w WARNING
Burn Hazard. Always use an oven mitt to protect
hand from contact with hot surfaces and steam during grilling.

Green P light will come on
reheat
when preheated. Lift lid straight
up to disengage locked hinge.
Lower lid as far as it will go to
rest on the countertop.

Place food to be cooked onto
grill/griddle plates.
