Assembly
Refer to Page 3 for component identification on all
procedures.
1. Install each Wheel (28) onto the Tank (21)
Install the Washer (29) and screw (30) that
●
secures each Wheel to the tank.
•
Tighten the Screws (30) securely.
2. Position each Caster Wheel (27) onto the Tank.
3. Install the Flange Nut (26) that secures each
Wheel Caster to the Tank.
•
Tighten the Flange Nuts securely.
4. Install the Handle (46) into sockets on the Tank.
•
Tighten Screws (35) securely.
5. Screw the Gauge (1) into the Y-Adapter (4).
6. Screw the Muffler (10) into the Adapter (7).
7. Lubricate the O-Rings (51) with clean oil.
8. Carefully position the Bowl (49) and Swivel Stem
(50) into the Extension Tube (57) and Swivel
Body (52) assembly.
•
Tighten the Screw (54) securely.
9. Install the Strainer (48) and Splash Guard (47)
onto the Bowl (49).
10.Position the Tool Tray (19) onto the Tank's
bracket.
